    A cooperation agreement between the Asharqia Chamber and "Hadaf" to train and qualify 10 thousand young men and women

    Asharqia Chamber and the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) signed a cooperation agreement to train and qualify 10,000 young men and women to work in private sector institutions in the Eastern Province, and accordingly, a work team and accounts officer were formed to activate the coordination process between the two parties.

    The agreement signed by the Chamber’s Chairman, Abdul-Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, and the Fund’s Director-General, Turki bin Abdullah Al-Jaouini, stipulated cooperation between the Chamber and the Fund represented by the on-the-job training program (Tamheer), which is directed to graduates and graduates from Saudi universities, and on scholarship Bachelor and higher, as well as graduates of institutes and colleges who hold technical, health and administrative diplomas, to train them in government institutions, organizations, and distinguished international companies inside and outside the Kingdom, so that they can acquire the expertise and skills necessary to prepare them and qualify them to participate in the labor market.

    The agreement also stipulated several areas of cooperation, including enabling the private sector establishments identified by the Chamber to benefit from the (Tamheer) program by the controls and mechanism approved by the Fund, allowing these establishments to benefit from the program’s trainees with more than 10% of the total number of their employees, and providing the Chamber With the data of those eligible in the program and registered on the national portal (Taqat).
    Under this agreement, the Asharqia Chamber will also limit training opportunities in the private sector establishments and hold periodic meetings at the Asharqia Chamber’s headquarters, with the participation of fund representatives between the participating facilities and the “Tamheer” program trainees, to enroll them in the establishments.
    Commenting on this, the Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber, Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, explained that this agreement is part of the Chamber’s efforts to support Emiratisation and Saudization in the private sector. This sector is looking forward to further attracting the trained workforce, and it is ready to practice training and qualification on the job. He believes that this is one of the priorities of his national duties. 
    Al-Khalidi added that the issue of resettlement and Saudization in the private sector is one of the issues that the Chamber has devoted most of its care and attention to, and for this purpose, it has held dozens of forums, seminars, and workshops, and the process of communicating with all government agencies concerned in this regard, especially the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, has not stopped. Human resources are from the concerned authorities in this regard, as the Chamber finds it necessary to support the efforts he exerts and seek to stand with it in this great responsibility.
    Al-Khalidi pointed out that the process of coordination and communication with the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) represented by its branch in the Eastern Region has not stopped since the fund began its work more than a decade ago, and this agreement is nothing but a culmination of those meetings and activities that take place between the room and the fund, and it is not surprising that we are all In one boat to serve people, society and the economy in our beloved country.​​
